My data isn't showing up in the app.
Before MPATH shows data in the app, it does a number of data quality checks on the activity to ensure that there are enough data points to display a stress map.
To resolve or find the source of the problem, use the following steps:
Make sure that you START and STOP an activity on your wearable. In order for most wearables to collect enough data to calculate stress, you have to manually start and stop an activity. Modern wearables are not recording enough passive data to calculate stress, and the MPATH platform is programmed to watch for activities that contain enough data to meet the initial data checks to calculate stress.
Make sure that your activity is synced on the activity platform (i.e. Garmin, Strava, Polar, etc.)
Log in to your original activity platform
Verify that the activity you are missing has both heart rate data and location data. On every device, you will have to manually start and stop an activity for it to poll heart rate and location at a rate that we can use it in MPATH.
In the future, we are examining displaying all activities regardless if they have both markers present that will help to troubleshoot in the data tab of the mobile app.
I have duplicate data showing up in the app.
You might have activities syncing across multiple data connections. Meaning, for instance, your Garmin Activities are also syncing to Strava and both platforms are connected to MPATH in the app. You will want to limit both data connections in the MPATH app.
Click on PROFILE in the app
Click on CONNECTIONS
Select the duplicate activity platform
Turn off the slider to disable
