Step 1: Verify you have a modern wearable that can collect heart rate + location

You should be able to use a Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Android or Apple watch to record enough data to be synced up with MPATH. You can also use a heart rate strap and Strava to sync activities.

You will use your existing activity recording platform still. MPATH will tie to those platforms and sync the activities between them.

If you are using your phone for location data, we suggest using Polar Beat or Strava to record both heart rate from a heart strap + location data from your phone.

Step 2: Download MPATH: Empathic Insights

After you have verified you are using an activity platform listed in Step 1, download MPATH from the following URL via the Apple app store or the Google Play Store:

Step 3: Walkthrough the setup process on the MPATH mobile app

If it is your first time using the app, you will need to REGISTER first.

After that, follow the on-screen directions to select your activity platform and begin syncing you activities.

Step 4: Record an activity

Go for a walk! Make sure you START and STOP an activity on your modern wearable and that the activity has synced with your selected activity platform.

Step 5: See your stress journey in the app!

You should see your activity in the DATA tab or visualized on the MAP tab of the MPATH app on your mobile device.

Depending on your platform, your activities may take a few minutes to sync, check data quality, process and show up in your app.

Don't stress, and be patient!
